Volt CMS preview in Blocs

When starting Blocs I got the message that port 8080 is in use. When previewing just a white screen… Changed port to 8081 (and 8008), do not work. Had a good excuse to buy an new Macbook, so after a new install now the site works, but another new site has the same problem.
I.m.o. it has to do with php. See the warnings I had.
